My roof is currently being replaced which is a huge project from my HOA. While the construction is still ongoing I was informed by the contractor that all waterproofing has been completed and I shouldn't have issues with water leaks. Unfortunately my HVAC roof exhaust pipe from the roof has started leaking water due to heavy rain. Martin and Edger from Alta Roofing & Waterproofing came to my condo today and addressed the issues with the water leak. They are very professional and worked efficiently in identifying the problem that could've been resolved a long time ago.

What a great couple of guys! Martin and Edgar, they were willing to get on the roof in the middle of a down pour! even without proper rain jackets. They took care of the link with great attitudes, friendly and professional care. I would recommend them..... Give them a chance!

Just had a potential roofing job inspected by Greg and scheduled through Nubia and I gotta say, if the inspection was this thoroughly done and easily scheduled, I can't wait to see what it's like to ACTUALLY do business with these guys.
Nubia did a fantastic job calling and emailing to schedule a mutually convenient time to get an inspector over to us for a loose tile. She was very cordial and professional over the phone and even sent confirmation emails to me so we were not surprised when Greg showed up.
Greg is another whole story altogether. Extremely friendly with a fast smile, he was up on the rooftop on a jiffy inspecting and carefully examining and photographing every potential issue that he saw. After his inspection, he gave me an honest assessment of what he thought I should do. These people are extremely trustworthy and I will not hesitate to do business with them in the future!
