We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to expand our roofing and waterproofing business by managing sales and projects from our new satellite office in Orange, CA. This role will be a blend of going after new business and contacts and growing deep relationships within existing accounts to land repeat business in Los Angeles and Orange County. Most of the new sales should be focused on single family residential with a small amount of service of existing commercial customers. The Project Manager will also work with the company’s Managing Director, Business Development Director and other Project Managers in order to generate additional leads and to achieve sales goals. We are seeking an ambitious, sharp, self-motivated individual who can do it all from selling to ordering material and running field personnel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective customers and follow leads from existing clients and from our Business Development Director.
  • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate new or existing services and solicit requests for free inspections.
  • Recommend services to customers, based on their needs and interests.
  • Answer customers’ questions about services and products.
  • Consult with clients after project completion to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Roofing Superintendent for our new satellite office in Orange, CA.

A roofing superintendent is responsible for leading roofing foremen to perform work safely and productively per specifications and to the standards of the company and customer.

  • To provide leadership to foremen—fostering safety, teamwork and discipline—resulting in efficient and professional roof system installation
  • To provide consistently high-quality service and results
  • To represent the company in a professional manner in all dealings with customers, personnel and the public
  • To effectively manage all aspects of production to meet company and project goals

Education and Experience


  • English fluency
  • Safety training: OSHA 30-hour card
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to use/learn business technology
